When I joined an advertising agency as a new graduate, something stayed with me throughout my 12 years in sales. I kept feeling that the traditional, compartmentalized structure made it impossible to offer clients the full level of service and hospitality that a true advertising professional should provide. That conviction led me to establish CIRCUS in May 2004.
What I hold dear is a feeling from childhood — playing in a sandbox. Back then, everything was pure and straightforward. No one limited what role you or your friends could play. I believe that same free, limitless spirit is exactly what an advertising agency's service should embody. That is why CIRCUS has no departments. One person takes the lead on each project, approaching the work with the heart of a child at play — free, curious, and fully engaged. CIRCUS exists as an ideal place for advertising to be exactly that.
