TV Asahi Summer Festival's first ever official supporter platform
During the innovative media x media promotion for TikTok, the download and usage figures of the app increased.
One of our campaigns gave people a chance to win a trip around the world by posting a video with #テレ朝夏祭り (#TVasahisummerfestival). In addition, we launched huge collaboration campaigns featuring Asahi TV’s reporter - Ayaka Hironaka, TV shows such as Tetsuko’s Room (a long-running Japanese TV talk show) and with popular characters such as Doraemon.
This was a long term promotion campaign maximising TikTok's features by introducing information about the summer festival event, Ayaka Hironaka challenging TikTok’s popular #チャレンジ (#challenge), broadcasting extremely rare video contents by collaborating with TV shows like Doraemon and Tetsuko’s Room.
